4K Operational Principles

Nano Carbon Base - Net

4K System is alike in some aspects, to Heating Films or Carbon Heating Film but, unlike them, does not use films. The cover film is replaced  by a thermal conductive and fire resistance floor ending solution. Thus, the heat transfer conductivity from underground to the floor surface is very fast and the spark risks of Film Heating System is controlled  by including a fire resistance floor layer.

Like Heating Films, 4K system works under the same electromagnetic principles: as carbon emits heats, when used as an electrical resistance, the carbon emits anions and far infrared rays. The frequency of the electromagnetic emissions promotes healthy in the human body  by activating the metabolism, especially the immune system. At the same time, the electromagnetic emissions discourage the presence of bacterias and germs, providing good bases for antiseptic flooring in spite that the antiseptic properties are boosted within the floor for hospitals flooring.

The underheating layer of 4K replaces the film that Carbon Heating Film uses for a  highly effective thermal and also acoustical insulation layer. The layer also turn out to be the ground base of 4K flooring solution. At the same time, the layer works as a level rectification for ground base imperfect cements or any other kind of base. The Cellulose  premium insulation base strongly prevents the generated heat to dissipate towards underground, raising the efficiency levels of the electromagnetic heating and making 4K system very fast to generate heating towards the floor surface.

Yet the ground base provides a flooring base for a very comfortable, silent and soft walking flooring, like carpet walking, instead of a tile walking feeling; hard and noise. Yet, the floor look may become similar to a porcelain tile.

Usually, Film Heating Systems are not suited for tile flooring or any kind of flooring that demands to be stick to the ground . To fix a tile on a film that is not strongly clanged to the base become a problem and then, usually, Cable Heating System become a solution for that kind of flooring. However, less effective than Film Heating because Cable Heating into a concrete base, like a Central heating system, will heat all the concrete surface of the ground base. Quite a lot of thermal inertia to be broken by the heating system. Not efficient.

4K System does not deal with the above-mentioned problem. If you required a Tile Floor Ending look, then you ask to your 4K Supplier a floor with a look like a Tile Floor Ending.

Within 4K the whole flooring structure is integrated as one and, thereafter, there is no incompatibility among the different layers of 4K Heating Floor.

With 4K System you do not have to worry about installing complexities. When you buy a 4K solutions, by default you are buying an installed solution. The seller and the installer are the same and the warranty policy become the same.

Heating : Power Set Up and Energy Consumption

Power set up from 100 watts  sqm to 220 watts / sqm . It can be adjusted according to location altitide and latitude of the facility.

Energy Consumption depends mainly on the ventilation and insulation of the control testing room or your facility conditions. If you prevent the heat to vanish from windows leaks or door openings and the room has good thermal insulation, then the energy consumption might be very reduced.

If the temperature drops towards 0°C degrees or less, the energy consumption increases at accelerated rates.

Controlling heating zones and activating fast delivery heating only on the populated areas is Key energy saving tool to handle and makes big difference.
