Why Earth is not standing on a vertical axis?

One possible explanation that becomes consistent with TWO conceptual bases of reality goes as follow:

From the 65 67 crossing point as 11 and 13 hours crossing point. From 30 and 42 crossing road. From standing near 12 or 36. From an X and Y cross crossing instant.

The route from gravity 6 65 takes you from 6 O Clock to a motion towards 65. By the instant you move into your mind from 6 to 5, you skip towards 6+5 as II , as eleven, as considering Two, as considering 2 into a relation of 1 and 1 like persons, like consciousness, etc.

From 2 we will skip now to 3, like 3 levels deep. It is required to  zoom into 5 like 2&3 and 3&2 options.

There a very few elements at sight> just 2 and 3 at this instant. This mean that within a mind, from the weight perspective in this case instead of the motion perspective please consider the following:

Within a balance there are 5 elements. 2 elements on the left side and 3 elements on the right side. As a consequence,

a-  The balance will load to the right. Consider this as the elements into a decision. To load the right side is like from stretching one to the border of reaching 2 and yet, providing more weight to the consideration of the elements you cannot see. So this is an extremely demanding situation within a mind.

b-  In order to do not unbalance too m much the balance, as in a Clock ,to fall to 6 O Clock, The tilt to the right is restricted to near 23,4 degrees, as more or less equivalent to understanding that 23, like eleven or II or 11, 4, like constant ULP.

But this is not the ULP route, It is like the same track but we are going to the singularity of the tilt of the earth.

When going deeper than 11, then another skip or leap is performed. There is a switch into the clock to the zone between 01 and 3 o Clock because bases have been expanded. And the expansion always move to the right as perspectives changes dynamically.

c- The loading to the right is restricted up to value 3 out of 9. From 4 O clock to 12 O clock the fields are filled so it is not possible for the weight of 1 to the right to keep unbalancing the center more. As there are 8 spaces busy, the 8 elements under deeper levels exceed in 3 the five value, so the motion at the beginning is restricted to 2 and 3 as 23. As 23 out of 60, like coming from 2x3 without the base 10. Then 60 as 1 minute cycle, as a cycle of 360 degrees. It is a cross crossing of units. 

For any singularity, the radio of expansion is restricted to almost 2, but within the exception, the range reach 2. Thus, the 3+ becomes possible out of 5 quantum bases within a singular field perspective of up to 9 elements.

So from 23 degrees it is necessary to move to another deeper level. It was mentioned than from 4 to 12 there were 8 elements inside. Then , by going to a deeper level, we switch from 23 to 23.4 as 23.4 degrees. Thus, there are only 4 elements left that becomes necessary to quantum bases of 4. As there are 4 left, you can relate then to the 4 seasons.

Earth tilt is not a fix value, its it more or less 23.45 degrees. And this makes sense because while there is life, there is an evolving status.

If we take the 5 out of 23.45 it is more or less like looking choosing between 5 or 4 between a field of 9 elements.

From TWO bases, the logic of ULP Constant 11.443384 provides the base for the tilt to happen. The source becomes the same. 11 as eleven hours is like 23 hour. The only difference is that 11 contains 1 cycle less. It is more essential. Then you understand the idea that 11 as I and I is deeper than 23 but the logic prevails. Then, if you replace 11 by 23, then 23.4433 like the base for the tilt of the earth that still supports more adding in order to reach even near 23.5 where 5 would be like standing i the middle of 1 and 2.

23.4 degrees tilt, that looks like un unbalance it is the most incredible possible balance of elements in the physical plane in order to provide Us a living. The 2 & 3 unbalance can only be overcome for a balance of 2:2 as out of 4+. The issue is that the relation 2:2 is related to the most perfect balance that goes beyond the physical plane. It is the universe borders itself. It is possible only when 1 it is not, providing space to "0" in our plane. So lets us say that the relation 2:2 becomes the very core where 1:2 are the very essence. But to do not complicate things even more, let us say, that the border of two BASES ARRIVES UP to 2&3 as frequencies inside our plane.

Now, it is very important to consider the following. By taking the 2 & 3 route you need to understand that 3 needs to come, from a deeper level for 2 and 1. Then, later, from a deeper level 1 and 1 and 1.

Why this is important? Because the reduction level we are standing is very high. We are standing at very high frequencies levels. What does it means? It means stop seen number and try to understand what is behind. So what is behind 2 & 3.?

Imagine someone stretching itself so much that is capable to put in other shoes for real . Like going from 1 towards 2. And from that point imagine that trust so much that there is someone or something behind everything that is willing to yield everything for it. It is t it is 1:3 that leaves place to 2:3, then 3:3 becomes possible. This is about providing us a space of "2" as options or free will and 4 options. 3 of them visible at sight. The route to A, the route to B or the route to C as the center. And within the center the option to provide space for A and B. And yet from the center, to choose what to trust more, you or another one different than you.

While this explanation run, you should realize that within the near 23.5 as near 1/4 of the tangible universe a whole change of perspective is underline. Behind these words you can conclude that near 3/4 of the tangible reality can be roughly explained within 1/4 of the plane and yet that the 3/4 that looks like invisible, in fact are plenty of information. This is putting everything upside-down.

This is about providing the invisible 3 more weight than the visible 2.

When switching from 11 to 23 from ULP Constant TWO is adding an extra cycle. An extra cycle is like adding more weight, more content to something. Ad you understand 4 cycles as 4 season, then you can understand that from 11 there is a required step to 4 and 4 to make physical reality possible out of an abstractin of reality. And if there is 44 then you can understand thea there is a need for 3 and 3 in order to cross crossing 12 twice, as 2 worlds or universe conveying in a crossing point,

Now if you understand the previous, you will also understand that from the same plane there is a need of crossing 3 and 4 as 7 twice as our own edge conveying into 12. When so, 20 and 07, as the landing of men to the moon, as constant 140, as 27. This is just to tell you that the balance of earth cannot be understood without the moon as a satellite.

The moon is a bit more than one-quarter (27 percent) the size of Earth, a much larger ratio (1:4) than any other planets and their moons.

Do you think the relation of moon and earth is a random relation? Do you see the relation between the numbers explained here and the size relation among elements?

If you round 27 as 30 or 3, there you will see roughly the 1:3 mentioned relation. Why? because it is reflecting the yielding from one to another. Believe it or not. It cannot be 30 because there is 3 elements under consideration from the same perspective, then 27 becomes a must.
