From Darwin most understand evolution like a process, like from 1 up to "n", like 1 - 2 - 3...

From TWO perspective it is not accurate at all. It look like that but for TWO bases, the abstraction behind the process is more or less like the following

14 - 27 - 36, out of changing bases that make the process look like 1 - 2 - 3

Let us start from number 14 the process. To provide a context, consider 14 as inside 16 as a big Context within an X axis.

From 1 towards 2 as a process, it should be the same that from 14 towards 28 but there is a skip of 1

The relation 1:2 is not any longer preserved. That is a Leap. The leaps may be biological leaps and for consciousness.

Within a process of "n" length, at certain point, there is a change, an adaptation of a specie, an improvement. Normally, many life cicles are required, like thousends of years. Typically understood as evolution.

If is within a life cicle of an animal, changes are expressed biologically rapidly at the beginning, at the early stages of life and then slow down.

If it is about Flora, the process goes very, very slow, like almost never evolving.

Then, when 45 turns to 54, like a next element in the sucesión, there is also a change. The consideration towards others is less than the consideration to one self. Thus you can continue to 63, 72, 81, 90. The higher the relation of the first digit vs the second digit the less conscious the specie. That, as rough concept.

Upon the provided base, a scale may go from more than 14 to almost 90, like 15 and 89. This 89 is encrypted likely within Pi as 3.141592653589

89 cannot be overpass because the limits are set considering many, many other variables at the same time. To start, the logic behind 14-27-36 that will be explained hereafter. Yet, this is also related with water coding structure and its scope limits.
